Every baked dessert is made custom, one at a time, using the most local and high-quality ingredients possible. Local eggs and milk, locally grown fruit and locally made jam and sweetener. Need it vegan or gluten-free? Get the cake or pie that you want without having to sacrifice flavor or excitement. If requested, we can make any of our pies or cakes vegan or gluten-free. If you have any other dietary needs, let us know how we can make it work.
