What is the Saxapahaw Farm Fresh Box?
The Saxapahaw General Store is already a hub for local farmers and food producers across the state of North Carolina to sell their vegetables, livestock, honey and dairy, and we wanted to fulfill the need of farmers to connect more directly to the community, and for the community in and around Saxapahaw to be able to get the freshest, most nutritious produce, meat and eggs in a way that is the best benefit to everyone. We frequently have customers ask us if they can get fresh local produce ordered online, and the Saxapahaw Fresh Farm Box is a way to get farm fresh food from your neighborhood farmers on a weekly basis delivered just for you to the Saxapahaw General Store.
Order by Wednesday of each week for a Friday, Saturday or Sunday pick-up from the General Store. Please pick up your order on the day that you pick. We can hold it for you longer if needed, but we may not be able to always replace product that has gone bad.

How It Works
Choose your Farm Fresh Items
Choose the locally grown Farm Fresh Box items that are right for you. Pick as many as you want, and add other groceries from the General Store if you want. No matter how many Farm Fresh Box items you pick, there’s only one $5 processing fee.
Choose a Pick-Up Day
Because each Farm Fresh Box is made to order based on demand, and due to planting and harvesting schedules, when you place your order before Wednesday of each week, your Saxapahaw Farm Fresh Box will available for pickup on Friday, Saturday or Sunday of that week.
