All orders are shipped by USPS, and are shipped within 24 hours from the Saxapahaw Post Office. Not all items ordered online are eligible for shipping.

Need to pick up groceries, gifts without waiting in line? Anything that you can buy online from the General Store you can pick up in-store. From food grocery items to household goods, most of the things that you can buy in-person at the General Store, you can pay for online securely through PayPal and have it waiting for you.
- Place your order online, on your laptop or mobile phone
- Make a secure payment through PayPal
- Select the pick-up time that’s best for you
- Show your printed or emailed receipt to a front-of-house team member when you arrive
- Grab your order and go. Or stay and have dinner. It’s up to you!
Pick up within hours! Place your order online and have it ready on your way home from work! Not available for cooked food from the kitchen, but you can still call ahead for that.
How to add a coupon code to your order
Do you have a coupon code to add to your order? Simply enter your coupon code in your cart, as noted in the following diagram.
Step One:
-Click on “Redeem your coupon” underneath the subtotal in your cart
Step Two:
-Paste or type in your coupon code in the box, press “Apply”
Step Three:
-Enjoy your savings!
Picking up your order from the store
Once you place your order through PayPal, you will receive a confirmation email that your order has been placed. It should say that the order has been paid for, and that it is awaiting processing.
The earliest time that you can select for pickup is 5 hours after you place your order. The General Store closes at 9pm, so if you place an order after 4pm, you may have to choose a pickup time for the next day. However, your order will likely be ready well before the 5 hour pickup time.
When your order is ready to be picked up, you will receive an email confirming that it’s ready. You may also receive a text message from the store, but not all orders will receive a text. All orders will receive a confirmation email.
With your order ready to be picked up, there are several ways to pick up your order:
–Show the “Ready for pickup” email to any Saxapahaw General Store front of house employee, either on your phone or printed out.
–Show the invoice on your cart page (either on your phone or printed out) to any front of house employee. See your Orders in your cart here.
Your name and order number will be matched with the order/invoice number in the store to ensure you’re getting the correct order.
Please double check your order before you leave the store to confirm everything is correct.
If your order is not correct, please let us know in person or by phone as soon as possible, so we can make it right.
